The two gentlemen who came on June 13th were wonderful. They Arrived on time. they were also on hand throughout the day to lend a helping hand and to support us when the bounce house lost power.

they trained one of the parents for the cotton candy machine as well.

Dear Anthony & A Total Jump Staff,

To be completely honest, I usually don’t take the time to write thank you letters for everything we do at P.S. 89 because it would consume most of my day but in this instance I found it completely necessary. Not only was the carnival a huge success but your staff was extremely supportive to make the day even more special. Although I was worried that the inflatables would not be set up on time, I was completely wrong and the staff had everything set up and ready to go by the time the kids were scheduled to come outside.

Most times when you hire an outside company to bring in equipment, they set it up and are completely hands off. This is not true of the staff at A Total Jump. They supported our teachers in assisting with supervision of the inflatables and they actually jumped in and worked with the kids all day. They were beyond professional and I couldn’t imagine that it would have bee a successful day without them. Your staff deserves all the credit for making this event a success and for the 1600 students and 150 staff members that attended, I thank you.

I would like to start of by saying how much of a WONDERFUL experience it was working with your company this school year!

Not only was Rita nothing short of amazing, but the staff that assisted during our carnival were equally as awesome! They were very helpful, polite and caring. Our community is very diverse, and we have a huge language barrier, but that did not prevent the A+ customer service that we received!

Thanks for your email. I would love to offer feedback on our January 26th event!

Anthony was so great to be there helping to direct the guys. It showed me that he is very invested in making sure everything went off well. Anthony and the guys really looked at our space and utilized it the best way to control traffic from all the kids attending. All of the guys cleaned each of the inflatables and were very kind and helpful in directing the kids on to the rides.

They were excellent and we were very pleased with how the event ran.

St. Raymond's will for sure look to using A total Jump The party people for future events.

Our event went very well. The students loved the cotton candy, the balloon buster and of course the bounce house. Your attendee made sure that the areas were set up. He had to deal with the parking situation, but he always came around to ensure that we had ample supplies.

It's the second time I use the services of this company in two separate schools and both events were a success.

As the new principal, I was impressed with the staff. They were prompt, went right to work, and remained at the station for the duration of the event. The manager on duty was diligent and walked the carnival the entire time to make sure that everything was ok. On more than one occasion during the day, I saw him assisting carnival goers.
